Rock of Cashel

The Rock of Cashel has been a fortress or a religious site for thousands of years. It is also called Cashel of the Kings and St. Patrick's Rock.

There is a paved road leading up to a gate in a high stone wall. This is on a rocky hill with a tall former church building that is now a museum.
