Curious sheep checks out the size of his luggage to see if he can avoid
paying for a plane ticket but decided he would rather buy the ticket
and save the luggage space to bring home great new items for the store.
Curious Sheep went on his
annual buying trip to Ireland in
July 2005. His friends, John and Doris, along with Curious's boss,
Janne O'Donnell (not pictured) spent 12 days traveling
throughout Ireland searching for the finest Irish products to
bring back to the store. Securtity was tight at the Oklahoma City
Airport. Curious had to explain to the security guards that he couldn't
take off his shoes because he doesn't wear them.
Branigan Weavers in Drogheda, County Lough, was Curious's first stop. He bought 30 new capes in 4 new designs. The capes sell very fast, so Curious urges you to order yours soon.
Curious and friends used a lovely cottage in Kilcar, County
Donegal, for a week as their home base. Sarah Jessica Parker and her
husband, Mathew Broderick, have a summer home in Kilcar. Curious didn't
have time to invite the two over for cocktails, because he was
too busy
shopping for traditional Irish products to sell. Maybe next
year
Talk about it being a small world! Curious Sheep ran into three of his
Irish relatives outside a store in Liscannor, County Clare. His three
cousins were there
visiting the Burren. Cousin Wooly, the black sheep of the family, is
Curious's favorite cousin.
